"Ted, we heard that you have started selling property again in Spain. We thought we drop you a quick line to wish you the best of luck. Back in May 2003 we visited Spain to consider buying a Golf Apartment, we finished up buying two lovely apartments in a complex called Mediterra in Torrequebrada. When we reserved them there was just a massive plot of land & a Sales office. As you know we have now Sold both the Apartments, however just wanted to stress how you looked after us. Even to the extent of furnishing & fitting out the apartments to our requirements. You did all this within the budget we set & was extremely grateful for your help. Who knows maybe we'll buy again there one day, if we do we will be using your services once again"

"Well, here we are back in dreary old England! I would give anything to be sitting on the balcony at Mediterra enjoying the view, or walking around the Benalmadena Pueblo with the lights & the coloured lanterns. We went on a boat trip & saw 100s of Dolphins, we went to Gibraltar, Marbella, Puerto Banus, we spent lots of time at the marina in Benalmadena & also on the beach AND I even got to spend a whole morning, alone by the pool reading & sun-bathing - perfect! Basically, I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay - I just wish it could have been for longer! Ted- sorry about me being a prannock & leaving stuff behind - hope you managed to find it & please pay for special delivery out of the money that is there ( I think there was between 40 & 50 quid - some of it in shrapnel ). Ted, you were invaluable when we first arrived & Peter took to driving like a Spaniard in no time! Jessie loved the pool as we usually had the middle one to ourselves! Anne - thanks for all your help in the build up to the holiday - I have not been at my best & the support from both You & Ted was invaluable. Finally, Gary - what a beautiful apartment.... Thanks for being so helpful when i made the booking, if I had a spare few thousand euros I would be biting your hand off!! Perhaps if we win the lottery!
